Location was really good. King size room was excellent and very quiet. Bed was comfy. Restaurant was nice and not expensive . We had chicken snitzels which were very tender and only $25. Neither of us could finish our meal.

Great location, quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Early check in to accommodate medical appointments nearby was much appreciated and cafe attached had great breakfast rolls and coffee.

The location was really good for our stay, as we had an appointment for our daughter at the royal childrens hospital and the buildings are joined so didn't have to worry about traffic to get to our appointment on time. The room was very clean, also the comfiest bed I've had at any accommodation. Also had breakfast at the restaurant down at The Farmacy one morning was delicious and convenient. Was well priced, and we definitely would stay again in the future.

Generous room size, great facilities and reading material related to the artworld and artists. Super comfortable king bed. Fantastic location on the edge of the CBD with wonderful parkland views. Very quiet location with onsite parking. Tram stop just 50m away and front desk was super friendly and helpful in explaining how to reach our destination. Onsite restaurant has a very cool vibe, great food & friendly, efficient staff. Easy return to Flemington Road and return to the airport.

A contemporary room overlooking the gardens. It felt spacious and private event though not a very big space. Location was great and the no 59 tram suited our needs. I was able to work downstairs in the lobby one evening whilst everyone slept.
